Gina has danced her entire life, winning three IDTA State Championships in high school before becoming a certified judge, founding member and co-director of TeamDance Illinois, and credentialed adjudicator for NDCA, DTU, IHSA, and competitions from regional to international levels. She has coached and choreographed numerous Illinois high school teams, most recently leading Fremd High School's varsity to their first Illinois State and UDA National Finals, while owning a studio that turned beginners into award-winning competitors and directing various programs. Passionate about making dance accessible, Gina helps families navigate the dance world and believes it teaches essential life skills like discipline, confidence, teamwork, time management, respect, and sportsmanship. Her own adult children (ages 29 and 25) grew up competing on advanced jazz and hip hop teams in Illinois.

Nevaeh brings years of experience working with customers and advising parents the best fit for their child. She was a competitive dancer and competitive Pom Dancer throughout high school.

Valerie continues to build community based programs for children. She started with the work she has done with Phoenix Children's Hospital for the last 15 years helping support programs and building new programs for the kids.
