Gina has been involved in dance since she was 3 years old. While a member of her high school varsity team, she earned 3 IDTA State Championships which inspired her to become a certified judge and coach upon graduating. She was a founding member and co-director of TeamDance Illinois and is a credentialed adjudicator for DTU, AIA, IHSA, NDCA, NMAA - judging competitions from regional to national levels. With 30+ years of coaching, teaching and choreography experience, Gina has led multiple award-winning programs including Fremd High School's varsity dance team to IHSA State Finals and their first ever UDA National Finals! Gina also owned a dance studio that turned beginner dancers into top competitors. She has directed for multiple nationally award-winning studios throughout northern IL. Gina is also a former dance mom of two and is passionate about helping families navigate the different facets of the dance world. She believes dance builds important life lessons such as confidence, teamwork, discipline, time management, and sportsmanship. Gina is very excited to be the managing director of Phoenix Dance Studio and is thrilled to be working with the incredible PDS community!

Nevaeh brings years of experience working with customers and advising parents the best fit for their child. She was a competitive dancer and competitive Pom Dancer throughout high school.

Valerie continues to build community based programs for children. She started with the work she has done with Phoenix Children's Hospital for the last 15 years helping support programs and building new programs for the kids.
