Alyssa Brittan

I am so excited to be teaching at Phoenix Dance Studio this season! I am a professional choreographer and team technique coach with over 10 years of teaching and dance experience across Arizona.

I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Psychology. While at GCU, I spent four years on the GCU Dance Team, serving as a captain for three of those years.

Collegiate & Competitive Highlights:

   •    UDA D1 Dance Team Game Day Live Champion

   •    2x UDA D1 Spirit Program Game Day Live Champion

   •    4x Top 4 finishes in UDA D1 Jazz

I grew up dancing at Elite Dance Academy and On Stage Dance Academy, then continued my dance career at Centennial High School, where I spent four years on the Varsity Pom Team, serving one year as captain, as well as one year on the Varsity Cheer Team.

I have taught a variety of styles for approximately 10 years at studios throughout Arizona, including Elite Dance Academy, On Stage Dance Academy, LA Dance, and Club Dance.

   •    UNLV: Assisting 2025 National UDA Pom Choreography

   •    Arcadia High School: DTU Team Performance Regional Champions

   •    Red Mountain High School: Top 5 D1 Pom at DTU Regionals

   •    Rancho Solano High School: Top 5 D3 Pom at DTU Regionals

I am so grateful to be joining the Phoenix Dance Studio family. My goal is to create a positive, motivating environment where dancers feel confident, challenged, and inspired to grow both technically and personally.
